This text aims to inform each user about how António Paraíso, Unipessoal, Lda., hereinafter António Paraíso, processes the personal data provided and collected through the website:

  1. Where there are legal requirements that oblige the data to be kept for a minimum period of time, depending on the purpose for which the information is processed, the data will be stored in specific databases, created for this purpose, solely for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated its collection or subsequent processing. In the case of a contract between António Paraíso and the user, the data will be kept for the term of the contract plus the limitation and expiry periods of the rights arising therefrom, unless António Paraíso is obliged to keep them for a longer period by law.
  2. Your data will be collected and processed by António Paraíso, headquartered at EN 101, Av.ª Barros e Soares, 423, 4715-214 Nogueira, Braga, with tax identification number 510 022 677, undertaking to process it in accordance with the law and in a legitimate manner.
  3. The user must carefully read this privacy policy and freely decide whether to provide their personal data to António Paraíso before using the website. The user guarantees that they are of legal age and that the information provided is true, accurate, complete and current, being responsible for any discrepancy. If the data provided belongs to a third party, the user guarantees that they have informed that third party about the conditions set out in this document and that they have obtained their authorization to provide their data to António Paraíso for the indicated purposes.
  4. The personal data collected is limited to what is necessary for us to guarantee adequate responses to all data subjects, being used for the purposes foreseen in this policy, and may be obtained through:

    - Newsletter subscription form on the website;
    - Questions, suggestions or complaints.

The personal data collected and processed are only those that are indispensable and convenient for the purposes indicated above, such as: name, NIF, address, landline and mobile phone numbers, email, language, names of the people responsible for the purchasing and finance departments, requested payment terms.

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 67/98 of October 26 (Personal Data Protection Law), the data subject may, at any time, exercise their right to access, rectify or cancel their data, and must inform António Paraíso by email to antonio@antonioparaiso.com, mentioning this fact in the "subject" field, or by mail to the address: EN 101, Av.ª Barros e Soares, 423, 4715-214 Nogueira, Braga.

In order to provide you with access to your personal data, and in order to prevent its delivery to an unauthorized third party, António Paraíso may require proof of your identity through the presentation of your current identification document. Please note that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing prior to the revocation.
  8. António Paraíso uses subcontracting services to other companies, such as transportation, website hosting, management and maintenance of its computer systems and equipment, among others. These companies are only provided with the personal data necessary for the provision of the services in question, and are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding this data and are strictly prohibited from using it for any other reason.
  9. By accepting this privacy policy, you guarantee and declare that the personal data you have provided to us belongs to you and that it is true, accurate and up-to-date. You must inform us immediately of any changes to your personal data.
  10. The holder of personal data has the rights to information, access and rectification, under the terms provided by law.
  11. The exercise of rights by the data subject is free of charge, except in cases where the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or unjustifiably repeated, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged taking into account the costs.
  12. Responses to requests to exercise rights must be provided without undue delay, within one month of receipt, unless the request is particularly complex or occurs in exceptional circumstan

  15. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a competent Supervisory Authority regarding the protection of their Personal Data, the National Data Protection Commission (www.cnpd.pt).
  16. António Paraíso will cooperate with the Supervisory Authority by providing it with all the information requested by it.
  17. In the event of a data breach and insofar as such a breach is likely to result in a high risk to rights and freedoms, António Paraíso undertakes to report the personal data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

Under the law, notification is not required in the following situations: if António Paraíso has implemented appropriate technical and organizational protection measures, and these measures have been applied to the personal data affected by the personal data breach; If António Paraíso has taken subsequent measures to ensure that the high risk to your rights and freedoms is no longer likely to materialize; or if communication would involve a disproportionate effort for António Paraíso. In that case, you will make a public communication or take a similar measure through which the data subject will be informed.

  20. The Privacy Policy and processing of personal data is governed by the provisions of the GDPR and the applicable legislation and regulations in Portugal on this matter.
